Why Land?

With all the various investments out there, every option has some pro’s and con’s. Stocks are volatile, bonds are too conservative. Income properties require management, foreclosures and distressed properties require rehab.

Then there’s land… an investment no one pays much attention to.

“It’s not in the city.”
“Preconstruction discounts aren’t as high.”
“Condos are where it’s at right now.”
“You just can’t make as much money off of it.”

Chances are you've heard those arguments from people trying to sell condos, or pre-construction homes...
